About ZeroTB

We started ZeroTB because we were tired of watching breaches happen to organizations that had all the right compliance certifications. Compliance does not equal security. We built a platform that delivers both.

Our Story

ZeroTB was founded in 2021 by Ravi Mandal and a team of engineers who had spent combined decades running security programs at Fortune 500 companies and hypergrowth startups. The pattern they kept seeing was the same: organizations would spend enormous resources achieving compliance certifications, then suffer breaches anyway because compliance and security had drifted apart.

The problem was not a lack of tools. It was a lack of unification. Security teams ran one stack. Compliance teams ran another. Neither had a complete picture. Findings from security tools never made it into compliance evidence. Compliance gaps were never fed back into security priorities.

ZeroTB closes that gap. By treating security and compliance as two outputs of the same underlying data pipeline, we give organizations a single source of truth for their entire risk posture. When a misconfiguration is detected, ZeroTB knows which compliance controls it affects and acts accordingly. ZeroTB is backed by MARL 5G Accelerator through a seed round investment.

We measure success by whether our customers have fewer incidents, pass their audits and can demonstrate measurable improvement in their security posture. Logos and ARR matter, but they are lagging indicators. We focus on the outcomes that drive them.
